Day 800 – To fear my own emotions

Listening to “creating a safe space for emotions and expressions” I realize a particular thing with the my experience of self and mind, that is how I am fearing my own emotions. I can fear and very soon go into judging and reacting of my own emotions. Check out the interview it is really cool.

 

That is quite something to discover. And it is a bit of evidence of how hard wired and complex the mind and the world and our individual consciousness system is. There are reasons why the world have been experienced as complicated and hard to grasp. It is all about self. I can guarantee you. Our mind programming has be complex, tough, delicate, multi layered and vivid. It has been a lot, and it has been omni present instead of life. This has now been changed and life is now in front seat. Individually we still carry all our programming and matrix data/mind. This we have to forgive and become responsible with.

 

So this is me highlighting a component of my programming. The fact that I react and judge my emotions (sort of super-sizing it) by first going into fears. Say for instance that I am about to experience angst. I would most likely first go into fear, and then take it personally and judge or react to my angst, as well as my fear. lol you see it get very manifold within so.

So this is me discovering myself and my programming. Seeing and exposing it for all its details. One more time to explain : I would fall into a emotion, say angst, and within so I would fear that angst, and also on top of that, react or judge my fear and my angst. lol it is simply beyond. By forgiving it all, and realize  our self and standing up within this we can really learn the depth of mind and change our relationships and then create a ripple effect in the world.

Day 799 – at my backchating rock

When I am at my backchating rock

Listening to the interview from eqafe.com, who are you when challenged  : and realizing the common sense solution to work on ones bad/horrible backchats. We all have some spiteful, nasty and sometimes gruesome voices/thoughts backchats in our head. There is no denying this. It simply is a part of the humans experience.

My backchats are also quite nasty. And what I have found is that it is helping me to sound them. To speak them to self. Sound them with my mouth – the same way they sound in my head.

This have been helping me sorting them out, or organize them better – because no matter how gruesome they are – they are still a part of the experience of being me. They are a part of my creation. So, to be able to take responsibility for them, as myself, I must define them, to be able to organize them – to forgive them by sorting them out with writing and speaking. That is the way with everything today, we need to redefine everything and re design our reality. The nature of life makes this necessary.

We are programmed to suppress, deny and judge such backchats within self. It is mind in its essence. Running away from and judging backchats/voices is what mind does. But it does not heal or cure the backchats/nastiness, then it simply builds.

 

So, I have some backchats that are often returning to me. I will not write them here, but they are nasty and spiteful, sometimes hateful. I know how they are, and to me  there is no escaping the reality that I live with this. But when I get to know them, to sound them, to make them less scary/dangerous, I am making myself the master of them. So that I will not be scared by these voices in my head, and backchats, but rather to sound them, write them down and define them fro then to look at them and forgive them and their essence,  when I can see more of where they come from.

 

It could be like lyrics from a rock band (metal/rap song). Nasty and spiteful. So I define that when I am with my backchats, I am at my backchating rock. It is like visiting that hard, rough, heavy rock within. My backchatting rock. For me to be familiar with myself and to master myself. To be safe and sound within any situation. When I am in backchat’s/voices – I am at my backchatting rock. So I can be safe and sound within self and not fear self. To become comfortable with oneness backchats  sort of. To know  it. For me to then be able to work with it, and see it for what it is. To be able to see it and know it to stop reacting to it, and not suppress it, but know it to be able to forgive it and dissolve it in total. To know everything is to forgive everything

Day 794 – What does the Rhino say ?

So today I have been working with mowing the lawn. It was a very decent job and I quite like that type of work. I was able to use my body and to work up a sweat. Which I enjoy !

After dinner and dishes, I went into my apartment where I live, and where I have my computer, and I felt a bit tired, like after having worked well and eaten well – feeling like resting.

So I thought to myself, what would be nice to listen to now ? Music ? Something else ? While dozing on the sofa ? So I went to the online store of eqafe.com where I have a subscribtion, and I found in the animal’s life review section, the consciousness of the Rhino.

That is right; the two sound files, of the Rhinos consciousness was after a few seconds and clicks, sent to me to listen to. It was the Rhino talking about life, the mind, the physical, the beingness and the breathe….

Day 792 – self and energies & ….. the spider monkey ?

So.. I am a energetic being. What does in mean that I am living as energies ? What levels of energies are there ?
This is a very, very huge topic… let’s see if there is anyone out there, who can assist us getting a grasp on this question…

me: hellooo….(?) anyone here can tell me about how I live as energies ? ….. anyone… please ?

me : anyone in this matrix so called life who can assist me ??

me: is there really no body to assist me on my energies and how that functions ?

Day 789 – Change without to change within

In this interview we are presented the case study of a individual, who walked consistent with yoga to be able to embody and live words to further quantify the process of self. From consciousness to awareness.

Consistent and doing what one know will assist one. We all know deep within what can be of assistance and of support.  Also this describes the method to change without to change within. To live the words that we use of support. Like with yoga, it is self who has to become relaxed and patient, slowing down, and calm. It is not the yoga that provides these words that is the self. But the structure of yoga can assist with this and bring words forth, then the individual can grow and evolve and expand in these words – as these words.

 

To integrate such words, relax, patience, slow down, calm, gentleness, – words we all more or less strive to live in our daily life. Words that can be relate to the yoga or a stretching experience, can be assisted with yoga for self to embody, as living words to expand self.

 

So yoga can be a touch of difference and change in the process of becoming more of self through living words and to expand self.

I also started doing yoga a week ago, consistent every night before bed. Looking forward to see what fruits this will bring me and my process of change.

This interview was a eye opener for me. I just listened to it 3rd time,  and I was like wow… awesome is this real? I was told in the interview to look at the words and perspective and interpreting. And here is a view on it. Within perspective it is the peer, someone close, It could be one self,  that has a peek –  a speak, at something. A good hearted person looks at something. Perspective. Simply to look, and to genuinely care for what is best for all within a situation.

While interpreting is more like printing up old reactions into new again. Making judgments of old causes, being angry – again. Reposting the abuse. Printing the reactions – again.

 

What I notice and see when living the word perspective is quite unique. I see into the very come of the being, I see into the core of the other being when I  look at them. It is a whole new ball game lol… it is like walking around with these super cool glasses, like a childhood fantasy I use to have, of being able to change situations, by myself.

Day 786 – Feeling loss of mind (component) – going into fear

Feeling loss of mind (component) – going into fear

Just now I was listening to a eqafe interview  that very delicately describes the process that I now walk. Feeling empty and feeling loss: Just today and the last hours, I have been feeling like I Iost something within my mind and within such going into fear thinking I had lost something vital or important when it was “only” from within my mind.

 

 

I would feel angry as a direct link to a fear of loss, fear of loss of possessions, objective, things, money anything from seeing and witnessing a loss of  mind system or components and within that specific loss, feeling empty, silent, depressed, feeling loss, fear and anger lol.. quite a lot to clean up after a simple loss of a mind system component.

Quite specifically I lost a sort of blame component (to my awareness) a sort of deliberating or consequence, call it blame system component. It would simply not be “there” in my mind’s programming no more.

 

self forgiveness:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into automated anger and irritation with self from losing something within my mind that I, within my mind automation,  would consider important to me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel fear of loss from losing this detail within mind and its mechanics, that I would lose and for my mind going into fear of loss, and me feeling helpless, alone, scared within the change of a second, not seeing that it was only a part of minds programming that I would let go of, where mind feels naked or in fear, and I as a being go into fear, automated with my schizophrenia into anger and further fear.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not feel like diving into this mechanics and details, where I think it is only mind and it is only bad news, not seeing the whole picture of what went down.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not until now see and realize some of the picture of how I can open up to myself and communicate, share and LEARN to me about such happenings and event in the life of me, here.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hesitate to not ask myself questions and talk to me about what is going on in my mind – in self honesty what is going on and  trust myself to know self and communicate to self.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to seek to know what the future holds, when that is literally impossible, I am here, as breathe, I have to work here with the tools that I have.

 

When and as I see myself feeling a sudden, unexpected drop, or fall, scare, fear or anger, seemingly out of nowhere. I stop I take a deep breath and I slow myself down. I realize that it is in such happenings and moment I can learn, evolve and grow to understand the situation, to understand my mind. I realize that such situations holds great potential for me to open up, and communicate to self and learn about me here.

I commit myself to in such moments, to open up, write, or talk in a considerate way to others about what is going on within. To open up first and for most for me to learn how to live my life.

 

I commit myself to communicate more to me – about me. I commit myself to make each moment matter – more.
