Day 770 – Cold water experience

When I go to sauna which I love/live to do… I usually enjoy a cold shower in the breaking out of the heat from the sauna. To me public  baths are sacred lol … there is a very ordinary and very usable sauna and shower, with swimming hall to it, 30 minutes drive from here where I live. I use to go there on thursdays evenings, for swim – which is just me playing and fooling around in water 100 % embracing it and enjoying myself in the water.

Later I go out of the swimming hall, and I enter the showers, and the sauna. Now the sauna might be very warm, the way most like it. So I have grown into the habit of showering a very cold shower once or twice during my sauna – or breaking up my body heat experience with cold water.

 

To step under that cold water, from having spent some minutes totally hot in the sauna, is peculiar. I guess I can compare it to birthing myself – again. My breathe become fast and rapid, like intense,  almost like a obsession or possessing of mind and body. And that is mostly it, to mind myself to breathe, while under the cold water. I simply breathe and again – embrace the water and the experience.

 

I have learned that it is healthy, particular to the skin to have cold and hot changes, like with showers. It trains the skin at closing and opening the poors. It assists the skin at its service to the body. And the skin is a very important part of our body. Closing and opening of poors is a important thing to really train – with cold and hot water. It is a test to self and how much you know yourself, in the physical.

 

I can also have similar experience if I take a dip in the ocean, dipping in the cold water (if it is cold) and coming up again, and feeling reborn. Like totally fresh and “new”. I mind myself to embrace the experience and to sense it all as I breathe and ground myself. Awareness of self honesty is also important, that makes me more sane and aware of where my focus is.

Cold and warm showers changes is also recommended, after having cleared of all soap, to turn it really cold, and then after some seconds (30 + seconds…) turn it warm again – exercise for the skin. To open and close.

I truly recommend to experiment and investigate hot / cold water on skin, remember to breathe, don’t burn yourself and you will be fine !

Day 763 – physical aware

How I am more physical aware than before

The basics of my physical awareness living

I am more physical by focusing on my breathe. First point, 24/7 breathe awareness. Then bring everything together with that breathe, and be one and equal to everything. HAH ! That is a challenge of a life time lol.. so it is a purpose higher than myself – it is still good. I mean look, the way we treat each other and this mother earth, we need something that is greater than our self to reach for. Not like a believe, but practical for the body/physical,  so… equality and oneness is the perfect match. Codes of life.

So breathing in awareness. Inn and out. I breathe inn; I embrace what is here, I breathe out I express myself.

Then, from long time practicing self forgiveness/embracing self completely, once reaching that state of not being in separation, being here, not feeding the thought/paranoia/mind.

The thought and the mind is what keeps this old slavery system/matrix/mind together. You see, I have been searching high and low for “the secret” – seeking outside, failing to see that I in  the flesh/physical is the key. I as the physical is the very key here. To bring equality and oneness (heaven) to earth.  To balance a awareness with my physical with living words is a cool way to treat self. When I do that I live in physical energy, energy of the body, like solid, firm, not signals/lights  in mind/head. But a rather calm, comfortable, warm, yet chill kind of sense. Really cool to experience.

Today I started a yoga practice. I will do this for some time to see what are my effect. But I must say that it is very important to be able to let go of thoughts and thinking of the old mind. I will always carry my mind in this life, but I don’t want to slave to it for energies/eternity. It does not have to be prominent like with consciousness.

So I breathe and ground myself in breathe awareness, find grounding my physical and balance it all with living and redefining words and self honesty.

When I work out my physical it is the same, though a more prominent focus on self honesty. Like digging dirt, I stay focused on my body in full self honesty. And sort of break it off with living words as well as with breathe awareness.  Without pictures of boobs, buts, beers, cars, weed, whatever pictures or any particular energy that I would slave to mind with. But saying fuck of to energies/emotions sneaking inn on me. Telling my mind to fuck off: I am working with my body atm.  Don’t give mind space/energies. Not with anger/fear but in self direction. Be self in charge from the physical. Calm, directed and honest.

I can learn to use my mind if I need it but I will not give it free range: no more.

It is a cool job. It works, I am living proof.

Day 755 – Massaging my feet every night

Massaging my feet every night

I really want to make something out of my life. I want to do that extra “thing” every day or so often – to push myself to reach for a higher purpose. A purpose of : Equality and Oneness – what is best for all.

Basic simple math, hidden in front of our noses. The message from; Jesus, Lao Tzu, Bruce Lee, Alice Bailey, Osho, Nelson Mandela… now mine to live, are you ready to take on yours ?

 

To be able to live this purpose I have to really walk a deep going process to delete tons of energies and programs that have been, the one I was – before – growing up, my mind, taking on the parenting and schooling of life/society. I have dumped/deleted very, very much mind data, and energy enslavement  from within.

 

It is a reason why the new teacher or schooling method is called un – schooling and I myself work to de – program myself. I have been doing so the last 5 years.

 

By working with self forgiveness and self corrections, gaining self trust, and response – ability and self honesty, it is a humbling and rewarding process to walk.

 

I learn more than anything – about myself. My mind, being body relationship, from the tools and groundwork that is presented by desteni.org  – it is a one of a kind “tool – box” for you to use. Check it out…

Within walking my desteniiprocess I learn more and more about me and to find grounding in my physical (body). Then a cool thing for me to add on to this, to soothen my process is to massage my feet every night. I have now been massaging my feet every night for 3,5 years. I can count on ONE hand the number of days I have lapsed or skipped to massage them from tiredness/forgetfulness. If I was on a  journey or inn a awkward position, I would massage my feet perhaps more quicker and not so intense or deep going – not use so much time on it. I would guess I use 10 – 15 minutes every evening on massaging my feet before sleep.

 

By massaging my feet every evening –  I learn to know myself  – I learn to be with myself unconditionally. I massage my feet every night to be able to learn to be with myself and to see my signals. I learn to know my body. I know what points to push for ears, eyes, brain, liver  and so on. It is all a part of the holistic  practice that self forgiveness is a very fine key within to discover, reveal and explore.

 

I highly recommend to massage hands also. It is easy and it can be done by self – like with feet, it is good mental hygiene.

 

To learn about self and to give self that balance and a good night sleep – try to massage the feet every night. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain lol. Massaging my feet makes me move slower in physical, and at the same time faster; through mind (metaphysical)

 

A thing to KNOW to be really response – able, is that all the body has points on it from all sorts of programming and dimensions. Did you know that the under arm, (lower arm, from elbow to hand) is the place on the body (your & mine equally) for resistance ?

today I redefine this word again :

 

organized: have a certain structure, to keep it neat and uncluttered and also to have comfort within ones environment.

I today take on this word, within. A new process opens up with walking with words more on my insides – letting words guide me within, and sorting out more of my thoughts and emotions.  so I can birth life from my physical, meaning I can be a example in my own flesh / body for other people to see and realize/wake up within them self/mind, to live more fulfilling living for what is best or all in equality and oneness.

 

I have been walking now with this word organized for quite some time, and I have grown within this word. I notice that I take my time with such a word and I don’t know if it is because I jump to other words to fast, and act within being unorganized. Or if I simply needed to take that time. I guess it is a  mixture of both.

 

I now see opportunities and possibilities as well as response – abilities open up for me with walking with this word on my inside. I find this very interesting and fun to see with my real – eyes. To be intimate (into – me – I – see) with my body.  I think I will take this gradually and really mature within this word.

I go through my day with all sorts of things going on within my mind. Self judgment and certain emotions like angst, or depression,  and I take out and look at how I can live this word organized in such a relation to disturbances like emotions.

My mind is a reflection of me. If I am in my nature grounded, stable, firm and  organized, THEN my mind with be the same in return – to me. It is basic math, that goes to prove the equal and one relationship that one have to develop within ones being (body).  I make most of these realizations from working physical with my body. That is where I nurture my awareness – the  most.

Day 667 – who am I & what is real ?

Who am I ?

I am a human. I am alive. I breathe. I have a birth name. I am physical. I am flesh and bones, blood, organs and skin. I am physical. I live on planet earth.

 

I have been living slaving to mind for more than 30 years. I have been living like robot. I have been living a lie from childhood years. I have been living in pain and in separation as of thoughts and mind and consciousness.

 

You see: all the trouble in this world/word can be traced back to our self – each and everyone of us. And our personal experience and living of mind and in our metaphysical individual reality/living.

 

I am a delicate balance between mind, body and being.

 

I am today taking responsibility for myself. I am standing up for my past, and to correct myself in present/future, inn oneness and equality. I am walking process to forgive myself. I embrace my dark sides and to learn to live again for real in physical. Balancing mind and being. I am Tormod. I am a male. I am living in honesty and I am striving to be the best version of myself that I can be. I am working on not to limit myself. I am taken by living my utmost potential.

 

I will be creative and create/design a word/world based on oneness and equality, where all life is considered – equally.

Reality:

Breathe…. where to start. I am always breathing, the body is constantly working with oxygen and air. The question is am I aware of my breathing ? It is constant but not a automatic process. It is close to automatic but not quite so. Breathe gives life to who I am. Breathe gives life to my physical. I see that I have been over living this word I have been trying to live it too hard. I have been trying to breathe with awareness – to hard. I would think of breathe and I would associate with two things, life and stress. I breathe myself to stress by over doing it. Further I realize that it is not just me that is breathing. Most life forms breathe. Even fish have organs to breathe for them under water.

negative: I would associate breathe with stress, and with getting anxious from over doing it. I would think I had to breathe in a stressing tempo to be aware of my breathing. I was overdoing it.

Creative writing:

Breathe can be so much more supportive to me than what I allow it to today. I realize that most life forms I know of is breathing. I realize that I can improve my breathing skills, by slowing down and breathing more calm. A calm breathe is so much better than a stressful breathe. A calm breathe is more sane and more healthy. Breathe should be experienced as supportive and nice. One should work with self communication and release energies to better oneness breathe/chest from obstacles and ones pain and energies. To have a overall improved and better life. Breathe is supposed to flow through me like a gentle stream. Breathe should be nice and calm. Gentle and smooth.

Self forgiveness:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think in brief moments during my day, that I should hurry up and breathe or push myself through fields of energies to be able to breathe, making my life stressful and painful.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to forget to be aware of my breathing in moments of stress during my ordinary day.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel like I had to push myself to breathe going into energies and sort of vibration within my body, and my mind thinking this is a solution when it is simply a painful and confusing process where I need to bring myself back from that “high” into sanity, calamity and ease.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear to think of my breathe because I would fear to face my secrets and my so called week spots within physical and for refusing to take on or talk about breathe, since I am so dependent on it that I look upon it like it is a addiction.

When and as I see myself compromising my life and my physical, in  movements and I go into stress, and I forget to be aware of breathe. I stop myself, I slow myself down and I breathe. I realize that slowing down is moving faster through process, and I should along with slowing down also focus more on my breathing. I realize that a slow and calm breathe is better for me. I realize I should not strive and keep pushing myself as much compared to simply : to slow the fuck down, and to further feel my breathe/physical. I commit myself to feel my breath each time I breathe. I commit myself to live by the virtue of breathe awareness and self honesty. I commit myself to breathe as nothingness.

Breathe is the experience of inhaling and exhaling of air through ones body. Breathe is a important part of life.  Breathe is food for the body.
